So It happened to be Halloween about 15 years ago.  Enough witches and cowboys and Indians out there already.  What does one dress up as?  It dawned on me....   All I needed was a wig, a blouse, a mini-skirt, some fish-net stockings, and MOST IMPORTANTLY: A vacuum cleaner handle ;-)
